Running, P90X and Brazil Butt Lift – My New Workout Schedule
I love Brazil Butt Lift and just can’t give up the results! I also love the arms I get from P90X workouts. I also am planning on running a half marathon in September! So… I’ve figured out a plan to combine the three for the next 2 months! I guess this is what it means to be addicted to working out. What am I going to do after I try Insanity and TurboFire? Soon I’ll have to start picking one a day.

Here’s the basic plan if you want to create something similar.
Monday, Wed, Friday and Saturday will be running days. Before I go I will do one workout from Brazil Butt Lift. I am only doing BumBum and High and Tight for the next 2 months (unless I start losing the results I’ve gotten, then I’ll revise my plan.) The reason I think I can do this is because I am basically replacing CardioAxe with running. I know CardioAxe is more targeted but I don’t want to do that much cardio.
So, Here goes the plan. I’m excited to be able to do all the things I love mixed together. I’ll keep you updated.
